Every treatment plan begins with a complimentary consultation, where a provider meets the client, discusses goals and sets out a personalized plan. Consultations are available in general, aesthetic, injectables, laser and laser hair removal types, and patients outside the area can book a $50 online consultation. Appointments are recommended, and each patient is given blocked time. Comfort options include advanced cooling, topical numbing cream, Pro-Nox laughing gas and injectable lidocaine when recommended. Staff can serve Spanish-speaking clients. Bookings are made through the online system or by calling or texting (813) 403-6002.

Payment is accepted in cash and by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry Payment Plans. Treatment appointments require full prepayment or a $100 deposit applied to the service, and cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Children are not permitted in treatment rooms, and only ADA-defined service dogs are allowed.

The Tealed Exclusive membership is built for planning longer-term results. Members contribute $199 a month to a member account with a six-month minimum, can apply that balance to one signature service each month, and receive 10% off products and services along with priority booking for model days. Members also have access to Aura 3D Reality Imaging, which the practice presents as 3D skin mapping.
