The facial menu is broad. Custom facials start with the esthetician assessing a client's needs and goals and come in 30, 60 and 90 minute versions that add massage to the shoulders, neck, arms, hands and feet. Guest facials are for new clients or anyone not seen in more than six months and begin with a conversation about goals and concerns. Teen facials are for teens dealing with breakouts or who want to learn basic skincare. Dermaplane facials, hydrafacials, Time Rewind and Procell microchanneling sit at the more involved end of the menu.

The spa says its products are clean, non-toxic and sustainably sourced, and describes its skincare as organic, cruelty-free and free of harsh chemicals and artificial additives. Eminence and Circadia lines are used, which the salon says are vegan and cruelty free, and gluten-free products are available on request. Gift cards can be bought online in set amounts or a custom amount.

Before a facial, clients are asked to skip exfoliants, retinol and acids for 24 to 48 hours, not to pick at their skin before extractions, and to arrive without makeup, which the esthetician can remove. Shaving a day ahead is recommended for facials that include exfoliation. For a Time Rewind Facial, clients pause retinol and physical and chemical exfoliants as the salon specifies, avoid direct sun for five days before and after, and avoid facial waxing for at least a week beforehand.

Uses clean, non-toxic and sustainably sourced products, and notes that results build over time with regular treatments and a consistent skincare routine, though results may vary.
