The space is calm and boutique, with pale aqua walls, brushed gold accents, natural-spectrum lighting, filtered air and a quiet interior of matte stone, soft linen and brushed brass. The studio describes itself as offering advanced skin care in a refined spa setting. It works by appointment only, is open Sunday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and is closed on Saturdays.

Every visit starts with a professional skin assessment. Every new client has a consultation first, where the studio works out a treatment plan around comfort, appearance goals and skin needs, and where suitability for a treatment is decided. Consultation pricing varies by service. A consultation is complimentary only with a valid SkinSync voucher or a stated promotion; vouchers cover the consultation only and do not lower treatment prices unless the voucher says so. The studio sets its own pace rather than following the rhythm of a busy spa.

The menu runs from $55 to $695 and is grouped into signature treatments, men's services, advanced anti-aging treatments, infusion add-ons, premium topical enhancements and premium bundles. The Non-Surgical Facelift Treatment ($589, 90 minutes) opens with a 40-minute consultation and skin assessment, followed by a 50-minute treatment; the studio says it is not a medical or surgical facelift. Most other treatments run 50 minutes. Add-ons are attached to an eligible session and are not sold on their own, and neck add-ons must be booked with a face treatment.
