SkinSync was founded by Penny Hoffman, who has more than 25 years of experience in clinical skincare and aesthetic treatments. The studio focuses on non-invasive advanced skincare meant to improve skin health and show visible results, and it draws on professional medical-grade lines including SkinMedica, SENTE and ALUMIER.

A first visit starts with a consultation in which the VISIA digital skin analysis is used to map the skin and guide recommendations. From there, treatments are planned as a sequence rather than a single appointment, and the plan is revised over time as the skin responds. Many treatments, such as IPL photofacials, fractional resurfacing and Pelleve, are described as a series spaced several weeks apart.

The menu runs from the Buff and Polish family, which combines micro-dermabrasion, peel induction, nutrient infusion and LED light and can be tailored by area and intensity, to acne-focused facials and light treatments, advanced facials, layered chemical peels in five strengths, and anti-aging procedures using radiofrequency, microcurrent and microstamping. Downtime varies by treatment, and peels scale with depth.

The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Tuesday and Friday are by appointment only. Clients can call 781-587-1562 or email penny@skinsync.com or michelle@skinsync.com.

Treatment plans are personalized and systems-based, and they are adjusted as the client's skin responds. Consultations use VISIA digital skin analysis to inform what is recommended.
