Late arrivals do not get extra time for their scheduled service. Gratuity is not included in prices, and a cash tip of 15 to 20 percent of the service price is appreciated. Major credit cards are accepted, but personal and traveler's checks are not. Refunds are not given for services, series or products. Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days for store credit with a receipt, and spa series and gift certificates can only be exchanged for credit toward other products or services.
