A visit usually begins with a complimentary consultation, which can be booked online or by phone. Consultations are led by licensed medical professionals, including doctors, nurses and estheticians, who put together a personalized treatment plan. Pricing for injectables and most other treatments is customized, so the consultation is where a quote is given. Free options include a general consult for people unsure which treatment to book and a skincare consultation, and Botox, Dysport or Daxxify can be booked with a free consult.

The menu is organized into injectables, lasers and lights, facials and peels, microneedling, exosome treatments, body services and featured offers. Facials come in Express (30 minutes), Signature (60 minutes) and Deluxe (70 minutes) versions, plus DiamondGlow, a back facial and a teen skincare facial. The DiamondGlow Facial starts at $159 and prices vary by region, and the Signature Facial is listed at $159. Facial add-ons include dermaplaning, extractions, chemical peel and exosomes. Microneedling is done with an FDA-cleared device, and a topical anesthetic is applied first. Skin may stay pink for one to three days afterward.

Skincare is also part of the business. Clients can have a complimentary product consultation to help choose a home regimen, and the shop sells medical-grade products, gift cards and items that can be set up for auto-delivery. Serums used in microneedling include PDRN salmon DNA, growth factor, exosomes+ and a Clear + Even Clarifier, which is available only in select clinics. The company says its clinics have won industry awards, including for the Clear + Even Clarifier serum.

Every provider completes a customized training process and is signed off by the Medical Director before performing services. Injections are performed by registered nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants under the Medical Director's oversight. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice for appointments under two hours and 48 hours for longer or group appointments, and cancelled appointments carry a fee of at least $75 up to $300, while no-shows carry a fee of at least $150 up to $300, depending on the provider. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Most treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and physician approval is required for most procedures.

Treatment plans are customized to each client, and providers take time to listen to individual needs before recommending anything. Injections are performed by licensed nurses and physician assistants under a Medical Director.
