According to the company, client relationships come first, and each client receives a custom treatment plan. Its stated approach combines newer technologies with a broad range of products and services. The company says it promotes only technologies and procedures it regards as safe, reliable and likely to produce meaningful results. Clinical direction comes from a Medical Advisory Board whose members include Dr. Vistnes, Dr. Sachin M. Shridharani, George Baxter-Holder with DNP, MBA, APRN and CANS credentials, and Cara Dove, RN.

A visit usually starts with a complimentary consultation with a licensed medical professional, a doctor, nurse or esthetician, who reviews skin needs and suggests a plan. Consultations are generally required before trying a new treatment, and Botox pricing is quoted at that visit. Botox can often be done the same day. Numbing is included in the appointment time, so clients do not need to arrive early. Most visits take about half an hour with little to no downtime. Appointments are booked online through an account, and clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

Injections are performed by registered nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants under the oversight of a Medical Director. Every provider completes a customized training process and must be signed off by the Medical Director before performing services.

Payment options include cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, CareCredit and Cherry payment plans. Gift cards can be bought online or by calling a local clinic, but Spa Finder gift cards are not accepted. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice for appointments under two hours and 48 hours' notice for longer or group appointments, and fees depend on the provider. Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable. The company also supports local and national organizations through its SkinSpirit Gives program, including The Trevor Project.

The company says it puts relationships first, builds a custom plan for each client, and uses current technologies across a broad range of services. Free consultations come before treatment so the plan fits the individual.
