The company presents itself as a pioneer in medical aesthetics. By its own account, it was the first medical clinic in the country to provide a full range of aesthetic services, and it calls itself the nation's top provider of Botox and dermal filler. It also says its clinics have won awards. These are the company's own claims. A Medical Advisory Board and a corporate medical director supervise its medical staff.

A visit typically starts with a free general consultation, or a free consult for neurotoxin options such as Botox, Dysport or Daxxify. The consultation looks at skin needs, reviews treatment options and includes a personalized price quote and plan, and many treatments require one first to confirm the client is a candidate. Injectable pricing is set for each person based on their concerns and location.

Injections are performed by registered nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants under a Medical Director. Botox appointments usually take about half an hour, numbing is included, and treatment can often happen the same day as the consultation. Clients are asked not to rub the treated area and to skip facials, massages and heavy exercise for four hours afterward. The company says Botox results begin within a few days and typically last three to four months, with maintenance usually three to four times a year.

Facials are tailored by an aesthetician to each client's skin type and concerns. Express runs 30 minutes, Signature 60 minutes and Deluxe 70 minutes, and there are also a DiamondGlow, Back and Teen Skincare facial. Common steps include microdermabrasion and a deep cleanse with medical-grade extractions. Signature and DiamondGlow facials start at $159, with prices varying by region. Consultations are complimentary, appointments can be booked online after creating an account, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice for appointments under two hours or 48 hours for longer and group visits. Cancelled appointments carry a fee of $75 to $300 and no-shows $150 to $300, depending on the provider. Most treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

The company says it builds a custom treatment plan for each client and that its providers take time to listen to individual needs. Its training programs and protocols are proprietary, and it says it aims to keep up with new technology and techniques.
