Treatment plans are described as custom made for each client, with providers given time to listen to individual needs. A consultation is generally required before trying a new treatment so the provider can confirm the client is a good candidate. Free consultations are offered, including a free general consult as a starting point, and complimentary product consultations help clients choose a skincare routine for their skin type and concerns. Most treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and physician approval is required for most procedures. Pre and post-care instructions are available for each treatment.

Injections are performed by registered nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, overseen by a Medical Director, who signs off each provider before they perform services. The company runs SkinSpirit University, which combines a virtual learning environment with hands-on training from internal faculty.

Facials are tailored to each client's skin type and concerns and include a deep cleanse with medical-grade extractions. Session lengths listed are 30 minutes for the express facial, 60 minutes for the signature facial and 70 minutes for the deluxe facial, and an aesthetician can review home care products during a signature facial. For Botox, numbing time is included in the appointment, most visits take about half an hour, and the injections can often be done the same day as the consultation. According to the company, results begin within 3 to 4 days, develop fully over 1 to 2 weeks and typically last 3 to 4 months. Clients are advised to avoid rubbing or pressure on injection sites and to skip facials, massages and heavy exercise for four hours afterward.

Booking online means creating an account or signing in to an existing one. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice for appointments under two hours and 48 hours for longer appointments and group bookings. Cancelled appointments carry a minimum charge of $75, and no-shows a minimum charge of $150, rising to as much as $300 depending on the provider. Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable. Accepted payment includes cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and SkinSpirit gift cards, along with CareCredit and Allē payment plans arranged through Cherry for applicants who qualify. Gift cards can be purchased online. The shop sells products under a return or exchange policy and offers a Subscribe and Save option.

Treatment plans are built around each client, with consultations handled by licensed medical professionals, doctors, nurses and estheticians. Injectable care is overseen by a Medical Director and documented in a treatment and product history that any SkinSpirit clinic can see.
