A visit usually begins with a free consultation, which is generally required before trying a new treatment so the team can confirm that it suits the client. Licensed medical professionals, including doctors, nurses and estheticians, provide consultations. Each one ends with a personalized treatment plan, answers to questions about services, product recommendations and a price quote. Treatment plans are custom made for each client. Appointments can be booked online after signing in or creating an account. Botox pricing depends on the individual, their concerns and the clinic location, so the quote comes at the consultation.

Injections are performed by registered nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, overseen by a Medical Director. The company also has a Medical Advisory Board and a Corporate Medical Director. Every provider completes a customized training process and is signed off by the Medical Director before performing services.

Clients can pay with cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, SkinSpirit gift cards, or payment plans through Cherry and CareCredit. Gift cards and a refer-a-friend program are available. Most treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and most procedures require physician approval. Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours' notice for appointments under two hours and 48 hours for longer or group appointments. Cancelled appointments may be charged a fee, and no-shows may be charged a fee, both depending on the provider. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling. The company says it aims for clients to leave feeling their visit was worth it, and it notes that results vary by patient.
