The practice grew into a full spa, a laser clinic and a cosmetic surgery center, and it now runs a second location in Colleyville. Reyes owns the business.

The business describes its mission as providing personal, effective medical spa services with a celebrity-style experience, built on the idea that every client should be treated like a celebrity. Treatment is planned individually for each client, and the salon says its goal is helping clients achieve and maintain healthy skin.

The monthly membership is the main option for clients who come in regularly. Members start with baseline UV photos, a customized treatment plan and progress monitoring by staff, and they receive 20% off medical grade skin care and 50% off other menu treatments, excluding CoolSculpting.

Skincare is also sold under the Rags-2-Riches line, which Reyes launched in 2016. It is built on a four-step routine: retinol, a vitamin C antioxidant, growth factor with peptides, and sun protection. Waxing and tinting are available too, including brow wax, brow tint and lash tint, along with post-injection treatments intended to help prevent and heal bruising after injectables.

Appointments must be made, changed or cancelled by phone. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and missing that deadline may mean losing a voucher or paying a fee. Hours are Monday and Wednesday 12pm to 7pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10am to 5pm, select Saturdays 9am to 4pm, and Sundays closed.

Treatment is built around an individualized plan, with the aim of helping clients achieve and maintain healthy skin, as the business describes it.
