Facial waxing removes hair from the root, and results typically last about three to eight weeks. Waxing is not performed over sunburnt skin, varicose veins, acne or hypersensitive skin. Clients must disclose current medications and any taken within the past three months. Waxing is not done for clients using retinoid-type products such as Retin-A, retinol or Accutane, glycolic acid or vitamin A, or within eight weeks of a chemical peel, and stopping those products at least two months beforehand is recommended.

Appointments can be booked online, and the spa sends an email reminder after booking. First-time guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for intake forms. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, changes made inside that window are charged 50% of the service total, and no-shows pay the full price. Before starting, the spa discusses the treatment, its benefits and the price, and does not proceed without the guest's approval. Payment is by major credit card, cash or Venmo, and checks are not accepted.
