Dr. Luciano Sztulman has more than thirty years of experience in cosmetic plastic surgery and also works in cosmetic gynecological surgery. He is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He performs hair transplantation for men and women and developed the SPOT procedure, a minimally invasive body sculpting technique. Karen M. Sztulman, an RN with CNOR certification, serves as CEO and oversees laser cosmetic procedures and the wellness and weight-loss program at FitBodyPod at Skinsational.

Visits begin with a private, no-obligation consultation that covers areas of concern, medical history, goals, the technologies available and a customized plan. A physician is directly involved in each patient's treatment rather than supervising from elsewhere. The practice says it takes a straightforward approach without sales pressure, publishes its prices online and does not double-book. A physician consultation costs $100, which is applied toward services. Trained staff give no-cost consultations for certain procedures, including laser hair removal and chemical peels.

The practice, under the Skinsational Liposculpture name, is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care as an ambulatory surgery center for liposuction and cosmetic surgery, following an on-site review in March 2015. Appointments can be booked online or by calling (401) 386-7252. Phone bookings require a $100 payment that is deducted from the procedure cost, and certain procedures need a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations or changes made with 48 hours notice carry no fee. Missed or late-cancelled appointments are charged $125 per hour of blocked time, or $250 per hour for after-hours, Saturday and holiday slots. Payment can be made through PayPal from the home page.

Liposuction is offered in traditional form alongside power-assisted (PAL), laser-based SmartLipo, VASER ultrasound and i-Lipo options. The practice describes it as a shape-refining procedure rather than a weight-loss method. Brazilian butt lift uses the patient's own fat, taken from areas such as the hips, abdomen, lower back and thighs, purified and injected into the buttocks; it is available to men and women as an outpatient procedure under local anesthesia or IV sedation, without general anesthesia. Gynecomastia surgery is also outpatient, typically takes one to three hours, and is described by the practice as a proven treatment. Purely cosmetic labiaplasty is usually not covered by insurance, though medically necessary cases may be reviewed with the insurer.
