Facials are the core of the menu. Classic facials include exfoliation, extractions, massage and treatments chosen for each skin type, with Celluma LED light therapy added when a concern such as acne or aging skin calls for it. Hi tech facials use more advanced technology and are tailored to individual skin needs, and the Deluxe TLC series builds on that work with several devices aimed at deeper layers of skin. Facials use Skinplicity's own products and peels, Esthederm products, and a menu that also includes Intraceuticals, SwissLine, Rezenerate, Thalgo and Venus products and devices.

Beyond the face, the menu covers body treatments, brow, lash and waxing services, tanning, and teen facials for clients 19 and under. Teens are seen for acne peels, microdermabrasion and gentler facials, with a shorter option for clients 13 and under. Medical spa treatments such as Viva resurfacing are also offered. Staff take part in ongoing education and certifications, and home care and post-care instructions come from a licensed aesthetician.

Booking works like this: a credit card reserves the appointment, and the card is charged only if a visit is not cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled time. A no-show policy is enforced. After booking, a skincare history form with a waiver arrives by email or text and must be signed before the appointment. Online requests are not confirmed until the salon calls to settle the date and time. A 15-minute consultation costs $50. Payment plans are offered through Cherry with no hard credit checks, and 0% APR options are available subject to eligibility. Hours are Monday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with Saturday closing at 1 p.m. in July, August and September.
