The studio takes a corrective approach that looks beyond the skin to lifestyle, wellness and daily habits that affect acne. Each client receives a customized treatment program and a personal home care routine. The first consultation includes a sensitivity skin test to identify the products and treatments a client's skin tolerates.

The Acne Program is a four to six month plan with treatments every two weeks, beginning with a new-client consultation and treatment. Each visit combines a hydrating treatment with extractions, or a peel with extractions, plus LED light therapy. It is offered to teens and adults with hormonal, cystic or mild to severe acne, and it is adjusted for pregnancy or breastfeeding. Strict dieting is not required, though clients learn about common acne-trigger foods. Clients may keep seeing a dermatologist during the program but should disclose any prescribed medication. During the program, clients use only the products the studio recommends, and skincare is not included in the program price. Once skin clears, optional check-ins every four to six weeks are suggested. The studio states that over 90% of clients who follow the program see success.

Beyond acne, the menu includes facials for lifting, tightening, sculpting, resurfacing and spot treatment, along with add-ons, packages and a membership. Products are from Eminence, and the website offers an online checker for acne-safe ingredients.

The studio pairs corrective treatments with customized home care protocols and looks at lifestyle habits that affect acne.
