The facial menu is organized around specific concerns. The Acne Facial runs 105 minutes and targets breakouts, acne scars, and dark spots for acne-prone skin. The Nano Infusion Facial is a non-invasive anti-aging treatment in which serums are pushed into the skin, and the spa says it is especially suited to acne scars and deeper fine lines. The HydroGlow Facial addresses large pores, blackheads, and rough texture. The Treat Your Back Facial focuses on back texture, dark spots, and breakouts. A gentler 60-minute Teen Facial is designed for developing skin, and the Gentleman Facial is built for men's skin with beard care welcome. A 45-minute Express Glow Facial is also available. Peels include the 30-minute Illumin Renewal Peel and the 65-minute Green Sea Peel.

Booking a facial requires a $45 deposit paid within 24 hours of booking to hold the appointment, or at the time of booking if the visit is within 24 hours. Unpaid holds are released automatically, and the rest of the fee is paid in person. Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which the visit may be shortened or rescheduled. Glow Club ($99 per month) and Glass Club ($129 per month) are monthly memberships billed by auto-pay, with one club facial each billing month. Unused months can be banked as up to four service credits while the membership is in good standing. Members also get priority booking and 10% off retail products. Gift cards are available in fixed amounts or a custom amount and are emailed after purchase, and they are for a facial with Ally.

Facials are customized to each client, and the spa states that its treatments are meant to produce real results without irritating the skin.
