New clients begin with an in-person skin consultation, and the treatment is then chosen and priced to suit their skin. Facials include a face, neck and shoulder massage. Facial options range from a signature custom facial to microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and Nano Infusion, which uses a peptide and antioxidant serum delivered with a Bio Therapeutics Professional Nano Needling device. Deluxe versions add a HydroJelly Mask, and The Ultimate SKINLAB Experience includes a 20-minute LightStim LED session. An LED Light Therapy add-on is also available.

Massage-based rituals are booked through the online booking page. The Recenter Ritual is a full-body Swedish massage in 60, 75 or 90 minutes, starting at $129. Other rituals focus on the feet and legs, the scalp and hands, or the back, shoulders, neck, face and scalp.

Booking is done online with a credit card on file, which is not charged until the appointment unless the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead. Text messaging is the preferred way to reach the studio at (484) 257-9814, and in-person product pickup must be arranged by text or email. The studio is open Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and on select Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Wednesdays.

Pairs a relaxing visit with treatments aimed at skin results, with the view that both can be achieved in one appointment. Each facial is tailored to the client's skin, and ingredient knowledge is shared so clients can maintain a home routine.
