Before any injectable or laser treatment, new clients complete a virtual health assessment with a physician assistant, which Oklahoma state law requires. That first visit with the PA is a complimentary annual visit that reviews medications, health history and whether a given service is a good fit. Clients of Shelby Hledik, PA-C do not need the virtual assessment. Existing clients who have been away for more than a year complete a virtual annual assessment before booking injectable or laser services.

After paperwork, new clients meet a nurse injector for a consultation, and most leave with their recommended treatment the same day. The clinic uses the smallest needles available, and fillers come with a compounded topical numbing cream at no charge. For lip enhancement, clients are asked to avoid alcohol and ibuprofen beforehand and for at least 24 hours afterward, and bruising and swelling can last up to two weeks.

Some treatments come with stated timelines. Botox results appear within days, are full at about two weeks and typically last around three months, though Botox used for underarm sweating usually lasts six to 12 months. A full Lip Flip shows results in 10 to 14 days and lasts about two to three months. Kybella for full submental correction usually takes three treatments spaced eight weeks apart, with most clients seeing results at eight weeks. Under eye enhancement places a hyaluronic acid filler in the hollow beneath the eyes to soften a sunken look, usually with one syringe, and cheek volume loss is often treated at the same time. Puffy under eyes, dark circles caused by pigmentation and severe skin laxity are listed as reasons a person may not be a good candidate for under eye filler, and a consultation is required first.

Starting prices include $100 for a Lip Flip, $625 for under eye enhancement, $675 for lip enhancement, $600 per vial for Kybella, $750 per vial for Sculptra, $1,000 for hyperhidrosis treatment and $12 per unit for Botox and Dysport. Jaw enhancement is priced after a consultation, and microneedling appointments such as SkinPen require a $100 deposit. A consultation is required before under eye enhancement, TCA Peel and Sculptra. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, otherwise a $75 fee applies to appointments up to one hour and $100 to longer ones; a card is collected to book and is charged only if that policy is not followed. Cash and major credit cards are accepted, but CareCredit is not accepted at this time. The Alle and Aspire rewards programs give points on injectable purchases that can be redeemed for coupons on future treatments, and gift cards are available. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients may receive IV hydration, microneedling and dermaplaning with a note from their doctor.
