The medical side of the practice is led by Allison C. Rojas, the medical director and master injector, with Lindsay Brown, a registered nurse, on the team. Injectables include Botox and fillers, and the spa offers a complimentary consultation for those treatments at no charge. A free consultation is also offered for laser hair removal.

HydraFacial MD is offered in signature, acne and anti-aging versions. The acne and anti-aging versions can be paired with blue or red light, and treatments can be customized, with serums and LED light chosen for each client's skin type and concerns. The spa recommends a series of three to six sessions spaced every four to six weeks. Laser hair removal is booked by area, either as a single session or as a six-session package. The spa uses the VIORA V-30 system, which has a cooling feature, and also keeps an optional Zimmer cooling device available during treatments. Sessions run from about 10 minutes for a small area to an hour or more for larger areas. Treated hair typically begins to shed 7 to 14 days after a session, and an average minimum of six treatments is needed for an 85 to 90 percent reduction, with facial hair often needing more. Maintenance sessions may be suggested a few times a year after a series.

Before a laser appointment, clients are asked to avoid sun exposure and tanning booths for at least two weeks and sunless tanning for at least one week. The area should be shaved one to two days before, waxing, tweezing, threading and bleaching should be stopped three to six weeks ahead, and certain medications and topical retinoids should be paused around the appointment. Laser treatment is not given during pregnancy, while trying to become pregnant, or while lactating, and the laser is never used directly under the eyebrow.

Payment plans are offered through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service with no hard credit checks. Options include 0% APR plans subject to eligibility and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%. Gift cards are also offered. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay are accepted, parking is free, and appointment requests receive a reply within 24 to 48 hours.
