Skinhaus was founded to bring together clinical precision and a hospitality-minded visit. The practice is co-owned by Brandie Gostigian, PA-C, who leads injectables, and Madyson Alvarez, a licensed Florida skin-care specialist who leads facial and skin treatments. Brandie came to Skinhaus from her previous practice with Kent V. Hasen, MD, and many long-time Naples patients followed her to the new location.

The practice describes its approach as combining medical expertise with an artistic eye, with the aim of results that enhance a person's natural features. Treatment plans are personalized to each client, and injectables may be postponed or declined based on screening. The business says patients are not rushed or pressured into more product than they need. A complimentary consultation is offered before any treatment is booked.

Injectable services include Botox, Dysport and Daxxify neuromodulators, along with dermal fillers such as Restylane, Juvéderm, Evolysse and RHA for the lips, cheeks, jawline and under-eyes. Sculptra, a poly-L-lactic acid collagen biostimulator, is offered as a series of visits. Skin rejuvenation options include chemical peels chosen by skin type, SkinPen microneedling and dermaplaning. The Signature Skinhaus Facial is a customized treatment lasting 60 to 90 minutes, and LED Light Therapy is a 20 to 30 minute session.

Laser treatments use three Sciton platforms: Halo, BBL and Moxi. Each laser plan begins with an in-person consultation that includes skin typing, and treatment pricing depends on the device, the area treated and whether a single session or a series is planned.

The waiting area has natural light and warm textures, and treatment rooms are private. The office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays.
