Founded in 2024, SKINHAMPTON is run by Magdalena, who works alone and sees one client at a time in a private studio at her home in Southampton Village. The exact address is shared once a booking is confirmed, in the confirmation email and welcome text.
Visits are by appointment only, booked through the website, and walk-ins are not accepted. Intake and consent forms need to be submitted at least 12 hours before the visit. Changes made with at least 24 hours' notice carry no fee, while cancellations inside 24 hours are charged half the cost of the scheduled service. Everything happens at the studio, with no mobile or in-home visits. Voicemails are answered by text, and questions can be sent by email or text.
Acne treatments can only be booked once a client has had an Acne Consultation, which may take place virtually or in person. After that, clients can choose a virtual check-in, a single treatment, or a package of six check-ins or six treatments, with appointments roughly two weeks apart. Available treatment types include extraction work, high-frequency sessions, enzyme or hydrating masks, chemical peels, and cold globe massage.
The facial menu centers on The Essential Facial, a 60-minute customizable facial with a cleanse, steam, gentle exfoliation, a treatment mask and a face, neck and shoulder massage. The studio describes it and The Everything Facial Experience as acne-safe and tailored to the client. Facials can be extended with enhancements such as extractions followed by a cold plasma tool when appropriate, dermaplaning, a light chemical peel, LED light therapy, a lipid recovery mask or a HydroJelly mask. Brow shaping can be added to any facial or acne care visit.
A Skincare Consultation includes a one-on-one review of skin history and goals, a skin analysis with photos and a sensitivity test, and it ends with a custom homecare routine and treatment plan. Recommended products can be purchased at the visit. Clients who only want to shop can book a Product Pickup to browse the skincare boutique without a service.
Products are drawn from a curated mix of professional skincare brands and adjusted to each client's skin on the day of the visit. The studio's stated aim is a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone feels cared for.
