The approach combines advanced laser technique with traditional European skincare. Treatment is usually planned in stages: a foundation treatment such as Venus Freeze, then a structural treatment such as Laser Genesis, then maintenance with photo facials, microdermabrasion or chemical peels. Treatments are offered for sun damage, loose skin, fine lines, enlarged pores, rosacea, acne, facial and leg veins, and unwanted hair.

A visit usually starts with a complimentary consultation, since pricing is quoted for each individual. Listed prices are starting prices and can change. Plasma Pen and Morpheus 8 Body both require a consultation before booking, and callers with questions about a specific area are asked to phone to arrange one. Hair removal sessions usually run 15 to 60 minutes. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early; arriving 15 or more minutes late means being rebooked into the first available appointment.

A $25 deposit is taken when booking. It is refunded if the client decides not to proceed, applied to the service otherwise, and kept if the client does not show. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows incur a $50 fee, charged at the next appointment with a credit required to hold that slot. Children cannot be left unattended or enter treatment rooms, and valuables are not covered. The contact page FAQ covers waxing before laser hair removal, downtime, sensitive skin, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and how many treatments are needed, and it notes Botox and fillers are offered.
