About

Skinformation Esthetics is a home-based spa on East Quade Avenue in Mesa, Arizona. It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm and closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The business aims to help clients reach healthy-looking skin through a skincare routine shaped to each person's needs. The Skinformation Facial is a 90-minute treatment for $130 that combines cleansing, exfoliation, a jelly mask, moisturizer and SPF, with dermaplaning and LED light therapy included. The Deluxe Hydrafacial, a 60-minute treatment at $225, uses suction cleansing, booster serums, LED light therapy and moisturizers, and dermaplaning can be added. The Ultimate Hydrafacial, priced at $274, goes further with dermaplaning, lymphatic drainage, booster serums, LED and a hyaluronic acid moisturizer.

Acne care is offered through the Acne Treatment, a 60-minute facial at $130 that uses Face Reality products and includes a double cleanse, an enzyme or peel, extractions, LED and finishing serums. For a longer plan, the Acne Bootcamp Kickstart is the first session in a regimen of 12 weeks or more, priced at $130 for 90 minutes. The program asks for commitment to the full regimen and purchase of the recommended products, and later visits use the Acne Treatment.

The scalp menu centers on Keravive, which the business describes as using patented suction technology to support scalp health and natural hair growth. A partial treatment runs 45 minutes at $299 and focuses on problem areas, while a full scalp session runs 60 minutes at $399 and includes a peptide and hydration infusion. Each includes one take-home peptide serum spray that clients apply daily to treated areas. Packages of three are priced below their listed value, and the business recommends a series of three when working on hair growth.

Before a facial, clients should stop active ingredients such as retinol, AHA exfoliants and hydroquinone 72 hours ahead, and they are asked to bring a written or photographed morning and night routine. Keravive clients come with clean hair washed within 24 hours of the visit. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee of 50% of the appointment price, and no-call no-shows are charged the full service price, which cannot be applied to future services. Clients more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule; otherwise the treatment is shortened. Products are not refundable, though unopened items can be exchanged for a product of equal or lesser price. If a skin reaction occurs, clients email photos to the business to discuss options.

Each client gets a skincare routine shaped to their own needs, with healthy, radiant skin as the goal.

The business says it aims for a welcoming and relaxing setting.
