The facial menu runs from a signature cleansing treatment at $175 to customized options at $235, including deep hydration, oxygen dome with serum infusion and LED, a CBD-based calming facial, a clarifying facial for oily and acne-prone skin, and an age-delay firming facial using enzymes, hyaluronic acid and electroporation. Advanced treatments include three Brighter Day chemical peels ranging from 10% to 15% acids, with the TCA peel described as medium-deep and not meant for first-time peels. Microneedling is offered at $250, or $275 with dermaplaning, and skin tag and DPN removal is done with electrocautery at $200.

New clients and clients not seen in over a year are booked into a New Client service that includes a consultation, a customized facial, a skincare routine and product suggestions. Chemical peels are not performed on new clients, so a facial comes first. Existing clients are asked to book a facial four to six weeks before a first peel, and microneedling requires a prior facial at the practice. A $75 non-refundable deposit applies to new clients.

Hair removal covers waxing and sugaring, from a chin or half arm to a full body service. Sugaring is made from sugar, lemon-derived citric acid and water, adheres only to hair and does not exfoliate the skin. Brazilian waxing and sugaring are offered to women only. Waxing and sugaring use no double dipping and require hair at least one quarter inch long.

Booking is online through Vagaro, with appointments opening five to six weeks ahead on a rolling basis and a waitlist for times that are full. Appointments can be rescheduled online up to 48 hours before, and cancellations inside 48 hours are charged half the booked services while cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Clients should arrive on time, with a 10-minute grace period. Coaching sessions include a virtual or in-person Glow & Grow goal-setting session and 60-minute business consultations by phone, WhatsApp or in person. Hours are Sunday 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 10:15 AM to 2:30 PM, Friday 10:15 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM; the studio is closed Mondays and Thursdays.
