Services are by appointment only, booked online or by contacting the spa by text, email or its contact form. Free parking is available on site. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete forms and use the restroom, and each treatment starts with an intake that reviews health history.

The menu is organized into aesthetics, body contouring, HydraFacials, integrated skin and body sessions, manual lymphatic drainage, massage, maternity packages and post-surgical services. Post-surgical lymphatic drainage is offered in packages, and the spa notes that a starting point of 6 to 10 sessions is common, with up to 20 sessions sometimes needed. Integrated Skin and Body sessions pair an Adaptive Wellness Massage with a HydraFacial and are customized on the day of the visit.
