A visit begins with a complimentary consultation to learn about each client's skin goals and concerns. Treatments are then planned around goals such as brightening, hydration, anti-aging and acne scar care, using targeted boosters. Infusion technology such as Arc-poration, ultrasound or microchanneling is used to help those boosters absorb, and some treatments add lymphatic drainage and facial lifting massage.

The facial menu ranges from The K-Glow Essential, a 60-minute customized facial with deep cleansing, massage, extractions as needed and a custom mask, to the 120-minute Beverly Hills Masterpiece, which includes hot stone and head gua sha massage, deep lymphatic drainage of the neck, underarm and décolleté, device therapy and a custom serum and mask. The studio describes its facials as delivering visible, lasting results and calls the Masterpiece its most indulgent facial ritual.

Peels and advanced treatments include the Soonsu TCA Shining Peel, which the studio notes comes with 3 to 7 days of mild flaking, and Marine Needling Renewal, which the studio describes as a newer technology that does not scrape away the skin's surface. Exosome Infusion carries 3 to 5 days of mild flaking, while the Active Enzyme Mild Peel and the Clarifying Acne Repair Facial are listed with no downtime or up to one day.

Each treatment starts from a consultation and a booster chosen for the client's goals, delivered with infusion technology. The studio states that pairing booster infusion with facial contouring and lymphatic massage helps absorption and circulation.
