Clients travel to the clinic from across the United States, and one has come from China.

New clients start with a New Client Treatment, which runs 60 minutes or more. It includes a consultation, professional exfoliation, extractions, recommendations for future treatments and a customized skin care routine. A 50% deposit is collected at booking for this visit.

The facial menu ranges from Facial Express, a shorter service for tweens and teens aged 10 to 14 with light to mild acne, to Advanced Facial, a fruit acid peel suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin. Detox Oxy is a four-step detoxifying and oxygenating system aimed at breakouts, dehydration and dull skin, and it is listed as safe during pregnancy or lactation. Customized chemical peels address sun-induced hyperpigmentation, melasma, acne and dullness, and the Skinfuse Retinol Sheeting Peel combines a micro-encapsulated retinol with TCA. Retinols must be stopped before several of these services.

Skin Classic is a non-laser device used on minor skin irregularities such as broken capillaries, skin tags, keratosis and acne, and it can be added to a facial or booked as a standalone service. Waxing covers the face, body, brows and bikini areas, and tinting is available for brows, lashes and combined lash and brow services. Waxing prices appear on the online booking system. Hair should be about a quarter inch long for waxing, and clients taking prescription retinoids or Accutane must disclose them at every visit, with Accutane needing six months off beforehand.

Cancellations need 24 hours' notice. If that notice is given, deposit funds stay on the client's account for three months from the original appointment date; no refunds are issued. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in set amounts or a custom amount, and skincare and sun protection products are available through the online shop.

Uses science-based skincare modalities and products, with customized treatments aimed at the root of each concern. Listens to each client's needs in a pressure-free setting.
