The menu covers facials, dermaplaning, microneedling and nanoneedling, chemical peels, laser treatments for a range of skin and body concerns, and an acne program. Lash lifts and brow lamination are also offered. A free 15-minute product pickup and consult lets clients collect products, test them and talk through a routine.

Before the first treatment, clients complete a medical history form. Arriving more than ten minutes early is discouraged, and reminders go out three days before the appointment. Booking requires a credit card, which is not charged until the visit ends unless another payment method is chosen. Changes need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes carry a fee of half the service cost, and no-shows without notice are charged the full price. Clients who arrive 15 or more minutes late may be rescheduled and may be charged a fee.

Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, cash and check, and e-gift certificates are available. Skin care treatments, packages, products and gift certificates are non-refundable. Booking one to two weeks ahead is recommended for availability.

Cassandra starts with a skin analysis and then works out treatments that suit each client's needs, with options ranging from preventive care to maintenance and corrective work.
