Clinical staff include physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses and medical estheticians. Services are grouped into facials and peels, botox and dermal fillers, expert skin rejuvenation, and body sculpting with women's wellness. Clients can also buy SkinCeuticals products for home use through an online shop.

For injectables, a consultation with a medical injector takes place before the first treatment, and a neurotoxin session can often be done the same day. Botox Cosmetic is offered to men and women over 18 to smooth dynamic wrinkles, with target areas that include forehead lines, crow's feet, glabellar lines, chin dimpling and mouth corners. Sessions typically take 15 to 30 minutes. According to the spa, results begin within 24 to 48 hours, are typically full within 30 days, and generally last three to six months.

Botox is not recommended for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of severe allergic reactions to botulinum toxin products, tend to form keloid scars, or have a skin issue or infection in the treatment area.

SkinVIP is the monthly membership. The $199 tier includes one SkinCeuticals facial of choice each month, and the $299 second tier includes 100 Dysport units quarterly. Memberships run for 12 months and carry a $250 early cancellation fee. Members receive 15% off SkinCeuticals and Dermablend products and 15% off injectables and aesthetician services. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
