The facial menu ranges from a 45-minute Mini Medi-Facial to a 2.5-hour Ultimate Medi-Facial that combines a non-acid dermal infusion peel, RevitaPen micro-needling and the Signature Medi-Facial. Other options include microdermabrasion, a back facial with therapeutic massage, and medi-facials aimed at dull or dehydrated skin, aging skin, oily or problem-prone skin, sensitive skin with rosacea, and a version tailored to men. Microdermabrasion and RevitaPen can each be added as a 15-minute extra for $50, and two add-ons of the client's choice can be added to a facial for $10.

Waxing uses hard wax, cream wax and roller wax, and hair should be at least a quarter inch long. Waxing is not offered to clients using Accutane, Retin-A, Renova, Differen or similar medications, and clients planning heavy sun exposure are asked to wait 5 to 7 days before a facial or wax. Brow services include brow waxing, tweezing and brow design, and makeup is offered for special occasions along with one-on-one lessons to help clients find their own look.

Changes made less than 48 hours before an appointment, whether a cancellation or a reschedule, incur a charge of half the service fee. A missed appointment without notice is billed at the full fee. Arriving more than 25 minutes after the booked time leads to a charge of 50% and the appointment is cancelled. Guests who book a visit every four to six weeks receive $10 off spa and facial treatments each month. Payment can be made by Venmo, Apple Pay or Tap to Pay, or with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

The business says its Osmosis products are pharmaceutical-grade with clinically proven ingredients, and that its treatments use no toxins. The complete Osmosis MD product line is also sold in the studio, with in-store pickup or shipping available.
