The salon describes itself as Philadelphia's premier spa for skincare and massage. Its service menu covers facials and facial add-ons, body facials, body wraps and scrubs, massage in many styles, chemical peels, brow and lash treatments, and waxing for both women and men.

Treatments take place in private rooms, and waxing is done in private treatment rooms as well. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment. Treatment times are approximate and can vary. The salon says its team tailors treatments and remembers clients' names. For chemical peels, the peel type for each client is chosen using the Fitzpatrick Scale, and recovery usually involves peeling for three to five days, depending on the peel.

Body wraps are applied to the body, leaving out the face and genital area, and most include about 30 minutes of relaxation while wrapped. The salon says its wraps use organic ingredients such as shea sugar scrub, white kaolin, cacay oil and clay or mud masks, paired with a Lamina face mask. Body facials, including the Booty Facial and Vajacial Bikini Pampering, are also offered.

Spa packages combine a massage with a facial or body treatment. The Couple's Escape package includes two hot stone massages and two Essential Express Facials in separate rooms, followed by champagne and chocolate in a private mini-lounge. The business states its packages are discounted. Men's and women's waxing both have their own menus, and the salon states that its men's waxing is performed by estheticians it describes as properly trained.

The salon states its pricing is transparent, fair and competitive for Philadelphia, and that treatments are customized to each client.

Treatments are given in private rooms, with a private mini-lounge available as part of the Couple's Escape package.
