Virtual clients fill out a questionnaire and send three photos of their skin after booking, and then receive personalized advice and product recommendations. For a first visit, the Signature Facial is a customized 60-minute treatment suited to first-time clients, with a custom treatment plan sent by email afterward.

The studio's longer programs run over time. Acne Boot Camp is a series of treatments about every two weeks, paired with a custom home care routine and a treatment plan. Personalized plans are also offered for acne, age management and pigmentation. Clients are asked to keep their appointments and use recommended products as directed, since the studio says the program does not work when followed sporadically.
