Facials are the core of the menu, ranging from a 30-minute Express Facial to a 95-minute LUX Customized Facial that begins with a double cleanse and is shaped by a professional skin analysis. Other options include a Teen Facial for clients 18 and under, a Clarifying Facial for congested pores, a No-Needle Lift Facial with massage and lymphatic work, and a Back Skincare Treatment for the back and shoulders. Facials and peels are performed with PCA professional products, and recommended PCA products are available to buy through a PCA partner page.

Sculptural Face Lifting is a manual technique that combines intraoral and external work to tone and sculpt the facial muscles, and the salon notes that it was created by Yakov Gershkovich. Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, face and body select areas, and bikini, with several combinations offered in each group. Packages of three sessions are available for dermaplaning and PCA peels, and package credits apply automatically at checkout.

Booking is by appointment through the salon's online booking site, with a $25 deposit for most services and a $50 deposit for new clients booking the LUX Customized Facial. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Same-day appointments fall outside the cancellation policy.
