The facial menu runs from a dermaplane-only visit to a 120-minute microchanneling treatment. Dermaplaning removes hair and dead skin from the face with a blade. A Mini Kid Facial is a 20-minute option, and the Teen Acne Facial, a 40-minute visit, includes a deep clean, exfoliation and a mask. Custom Facials are set up around the client's skin type needs, and a Custom Dermaplane Facial adds more time. Microchanneling uses a device with many tiny needles, and the business says it aims to tighten, lighten and brighten skin and to help with fine lines and hyperpigmentation.

Waxing covers the upper lip, underarms, arms, bikini, back and legs, plus bundles that pair a Brazilian with underarms or legs. A Brazilian Extended adds the inner thigh and lower stomach to a full Brazilian. The Brazilian + A Friend option is designed for two people booking together. Back facials and some waxes carry a deposit, and new clients are asked for a deposit on certain services.

Clients can book through the Glossgenius page and pay in person or through Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the salon as soon as possible so the visit can be rescheduled. Hours are Monday through Thursday 5 to 7 PM, Friday 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 2 PM.
