Every lash visit can begin with a consultation to check whether natural lashes are healthy enough for extensions, and that consultation can include an optional patch test. Lashes that were extended elsewhere can be removed here.

Facials run from a customized treatment, which opens with a talk about skin concerns and lifestyle habits before product recommendations, to a first-time peel, a standard chemical peel, an acne-focused facial, enzymatic facials, a treatment aimed at pigmentation and anti-aging, and a microdermabrasion with hydro exfoliation option. A jelly mask can be added to the custom facial. Facials are recommended no more than once a month, and chemical peels and Newbie Peels have limited availability in summer.

Booking requires a non-refundable fee that secures the appointment and is credited toward the total. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since being ten minutes late cancels the visit and forfeits the fee. Reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice by email, text or Instagram DM, and one reschedule is allowed before it counts as a cancellation. Guests are not permitted and children should be left at home. Payment is accepted by cash or card, with a 10% tax charge on card payments; Venmo, Zelle and other payment apps are not accepted.

Lash fills are timed to the condition of the existing lashes, and facials start from a discussion of each client's concerns and habits rather than a fixed protocol.
