A first visit is usually built around the New Guest Facial at $229, which includes a full skin scan, a consultation, a custom facial and a take-home CARE Plan. New guests booking within 30 days pay a $40 deposit toward that first facial. The menu also includes The Reset, a 30-minute, $89 facial with a deep cleanse and facial massage that skips extractions and actives; the 60-minute Skinbar Facial at $219, with a deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions, a targeted treatment and mask; and the 90-minute Advanced Facial at $269, which adds one advanced treatment chosen by Nicole. Members can add the Advanced Facial for an additional $50.

Custom Korean skincare is formulated from the AI skin analysis and made to order by SmartSKN Labs, then labeled with the client's name and skin code. It is offered to clients 18 and older. Orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days with free U.S. shipping, and each formula is saved to the client's account for reordering. Essence Serum, Ampoule, Lotion and the 3-Step Personalized Set are priced from the listed starting prices, and optional boosters cost $14.99 each for concerns such as brightening, moisturizing, sebum control, pore care, lifting, elastin, calming and acne.

The Membership is $199 per month and includes one Skinbar Facial each month, a skin scan and progress tracking at every visit, an updated CARE Plan each visit, and priority booking with no deposit. Memberships have a three-month minimum, are billed monthly, and need 30 days written notice to cancel. Lapsed memberships rejoin at the current rate. Packages can be used between full facials and make gifts, and include the Reset 3 at $240, the Reset 6 at $455, Glow+Go 30 in 3-pack and 6-pack forms at $320 and $600, and the Skinbar Facial 3-pack at $590.

The studio describes healthy skin as something built over a long relationship rather than a single appointment. Its process has three steps: a private consultation, in-studio treatments, and a simple home routine. Treatments are described as science-backed, personalized, clean and results-focused, and aimed at concerns such as redness, acne, dehydration, dullness, uneven tone and visible signs of aging. Skin analysis is a cosmetic assessment, not a medical diagnosis. Guests should share concerns, allergies and sensitivities before the appointment. Clients must be off Accutane for a full year before booking, and retinol and topical acids should be stopped 7 days before an appointment. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and changes inside that window or missed appointments carry a fee. Late arrivals may shorten the treatment. Guests should come unaccompanied unless arranged in advance, silence their devices on entry, and tipping is welcome but not required.
