Booking runs on a monthly calendar that opens on the 1st of each month. To reserve a time, clients pay a non-refundable security deposit, and that deposit alone is taken at booking. The deposit holds one specific day and time.

The remaining balance is settled on the day of the appointment, by cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple app. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face.

Timing is strict. A $10 late fee applies when a client arrives more than 7 minutes after the start time, and an appointment is cancelled if the client arrives more than 10 minutes late. Cancelling or moving a visit means booking again with a new deposit. A $20 rescheduling fee applies if the change is not made at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellations are charged the full price, and that amount carries over to the next appointment if the client rebooks. Clients who no-show are not able to book again.
