SkinAlchemy was founded by Milena, who did paramedical work for years before opening the studio. Rather than offering a wide menu, the studio narrowed to inkless stretch mark revision. According to the studio, this focus is the route to the most natural, lasting results. The studio's stated philosophy is to do one thing very well and to treat every client with genuine care.

Inkless stretch mark revision is a serum-based needling treatment that uses no ink or pigment. The studio treats stretch marks of all types and colors, including white, silver, red and purple, at any age. It does not treat scars. Sessions run 45 to 90 minutes, depending on how many areas are treated and how large they are. Sessions are spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart. Visible healing usually takes 6 to 8 weeks, and collagen remodeling continues for months after each session. The studio says one session can deliver coverage comparable to as many as ten microneedling sessions.

Every client starts with a free 15-minute consultation by video call before booking. Clients pay a $100 deposit to book, which is credited toward the treatment. Pricing is per body area, per session, and clients pay as they go, one session at a time. Red light therapy is included with every session at no extra charge. Treatments are performed by a licensed specialist in a sterile environment, using single-use needles.

Clients must be 18 or older, and the studio does not offer treatment to anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. Recent isotretinoin use, active infections and bleeding disorders rule out treatment entirely, while other health conditions can proceed only with a physician's approval. Guests should stay out of tanning beds for a minimum of two weeks ahead of their appointment. Afterward, the studio advises a daily morning application of A&D Ointment to the area for a full month, and it asks clients to keep away from pools, hot tubs, saunas and the sea for ten days. Before-and-after images are never published online; they are shared one-on-one, and only if the client agrees.

Free rescheduling or cancellation is available with more than 24 hours notice. With less notice, the deposit is forfeited, and a no-show is charged the full session price, with the deposit counted toward it. Payment is accepted by major credit and debit cards. Cherry financing is offered from $200 to $10,000, with 0% APR plans for qualified applicants over 3, 6, 12, 18 or 24 months. Physical and digital gift cards are also available.
