Shorter consult-only appointments are available, and a consultation and treatment can be booked on the same day. Consultations carry a $100 reservation fee that is applied toward treatment. The fee is generally not refunded after arrival unless a provider finds the office cannot help, but it can be used for products or another treatment.

Microneedling is offered in standard, medical and advanced medical versions. Medical microneedling uses Environ products, including the TCA Cool Peel and AprèsCIT peptides, and the protocols are based on the work of Dr. Des Fernandes, founder of Environ Skin Care. The advanced version adds IONTOKA numbing through iontophoresis, an Environ Ionzyme DF facial, alginate mask therapy and a TCA Cool Peel. AnteAGE Exosome treatments can be added in-office to select microneedling and laser treatments, with the formula chosen by skin goal: overall repair, brightening, or the top-tier PEARL option aimed at collagen and firmness.

The menu also covers wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers, including Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, Daxxify and Jeuveau, plus RHA, Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma and Sculptra. Laser and energy options include IPL, LaseMD, LaseMD Glo, fractional CO2 with DOT therapy and SylfirmX, which uses radio frequency microneedling. The business says SylfirmX is the only FDA cleared pulsed and continuous wave radio frequency microneedling device, supported by more than 25 clinical studies. Professional skincare includes dermaplaning, SkinCeuticals peels and a vitamin infusion facial.

Appointments are required, as walk-ins are not accepted. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and after one late cancellation or no-show a $100 deposit is collected for future appointments. New patients should arrive at least 10 minutes early for paperwork. Friends who book together are scheduled as separate appointments, and bringing children is discouraged but accommodated when needed. Payment is by cash or major credit card, and Brilliant Distinctions and Aspire rewards points are accepted; CareCredit is not. There are no package discounts, though monthly promotions run. Wi-fi is available, and parking is ticketed but validated for the first hour, with $1.50 for each additional hour.

The practice says it practices medicine and avoids pushing procedures a client does not need. Each consultation weighs skin and goals to decide which treatments or combinations may be appropriate.
