Acne care is one of the spa's main focuses. Options range from a single treatment and a three-treatment package to a six-facial package, with in-office and virtual consultations available. Acne Boot Camp is a 12-week program that can be completed entirely virtually, with six biweekly check-ins; in-office treatments are optional within it. Acne programs use customized Face Reality home-care routines and include a welcome kit with acne-care information.

The skincare menu includes 30- and 60-minute facials, with peel or dermaplaning options, and a dermaplaning add-on. A skin consultation is listed at no charge. Medical peels include The Perfect Derma Peel, which has a booster available, and The VI Body Peel. Microneedling is offered with peptides and PDRN, including lip and eye treatments, a Toskani option, and a stem cell microneedling package of three sessions.

Brow and lip waxing use plant-based wax with essential oils, and lash and brow tints are made with natural ingredients. Massage therapy draws on hot stone, Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, and cupping techniques, among others. Skin Within also offers a Wellness Program in partnership with Geviti, a longevity and wellness program that includes lab testing, and clients who book through the Geviti referral receive 20% off a Geviti membership.
