The practice treats each client's skin as an individual system. Treatments are aimed at cellular skin health and longer-term results rather than quick fixes, and the stated goal is healthy aging and skin longevity rather than anti-aging.

A first visit is the Gotta Start Somewhere introductory facial, which includes an in-depth consultation, a customized facial, and a plan for in-studio treatments and home care. Clients who want advanced treatments such as DMK Enzyme Therapy or advanced chemical peels start there first. Corrective peels also require either a consultation or that introductory facial, plus at least four weeks of home prep before the first peel.

Facials range from a 30-minute express facial for current clients to a 75-minute customizable signature facial that can add lymphatic drainage, LED or a deep pore cleanse depending on skin concerns. Advanced treatments are program-based and call for commitment from the client. Retail DMK skincare is sold only to Skin With Witt clients through in-studio consultations, and Glymed Plus skincare is available through an online store after registering.
