After the session, the client receives a written document that reviews their current routine, lays out a morning and nighttime routine, and recommends products. The recommendations include links and low, mid-range and high-end options.

Each facial is built around the client, with exfoliation, masks, devices and skincare products picked for their particular skin concerns. The menu of tools and treatments spans dermaplaning, chemical peels, facial cupping, cold globes, nanoinfusion and microcurrent, alongside LED light therapy, high frequency, gua sha and microdermabrasion. Every facial includes a choice of massage: shoulder and neck, hand and arm, or scalp. A first custom facial for new clients runs an hour and a half. First-time clients do not receive chemical peels. Peels are adjusted to the individual and can be done as a single treatment or a series, and the Chemical Peel Facial is available only to existing clients.

Lash services include a lash lift, which is a semi-permanent lift and curl of natural lashes, and lash tinting, which darkens the lashes with dye. The lift is shaped with a curved silicone shield and perming solution, and the shield size is chosen based on natural lash length and the look the client wants. A combined Lash Lift and Tint is also offered.

The shop also sells Hale & Hush skincare products, skincare tools and gift certificates, which start at $50. Orders ship through UPS or USPS within 3 business days of receipt, and delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after shipping. A signature is not required at delivery. Returns require notifying the business by email first, and products must be returned in original condition. Products held for more than 10 business days cannot be returned.
