Visits begin with a free 30-minute skin analysis, where Jaqui talks through concerns and treatment options. Custom facials are built by hand around each client's skin, and include extractions at no extra charge. Peels are offered in AHA and BHA options at 30 to 40 percent strengths, from a customized peel that works in the outer layers of the skin to a medical peel that goes deeper into the dermal layers with minimal downtime, as the business describes it.

Device-based treatments are also part of the menu. Microdermabrasion uses a Glownar device, adjusted to each client's skin, and physically exfoliates only the outermost layer of dead skin cells. Hydradermabrasion is a one-hour, hands-on treatment that combines suction-based cleansing and exfoliation with collagen stimulation, an oxygen treatment, extractions and a finishing mask.

Waxing is offered for the face, lip, body and intimate areas. The studio uses a hypoallergenic wax, and hard wax for longer hair. Brow and lash tinting, lash lifts and brow lamination round out the menu. Clients book by calling or texting, or by sending a request online, and Jaqui confirms each time personally.
