The clinic says its core focus is the long-term relationships it builds with patients, and its stated mission is to grow and transform lives alongside them. Treatments aim to be restorative and rejuvenating, enhancing a person's natural features so they look refreshed rather than obviously treated. The business describes its medspa as a luxury boutique experience with a retreat-style feel and says it strives to provide high-quality, advanced care.
A visit usually starts with a one-on-one consultation, where clients talk through their aesthetic goals before any treatment. Neurotoxin plans are customized to each patient's anatomy, body chemistry and goal. A first BOTOX appointment takes about 45 minutes including an in-depth consultation, and follow-up treatments take about 30 minutes. For laser work, timing is coordinated with sun exposure and the skin barrier is prepared beforehand. Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early.
The Comfort Menu offers Pro-Nox, a pre-set mixture of 50% nitrous oxide and 50% oxygen, to ease pain and treatment anxiety. The patient holds a mouthpiece and breathes it in as needed, with no IVs or pills involved. The site states that it takes effect within minutes, wears off quickly and is not addictive, and patients who use it may drive themselves home afterward. Pro-Nox is not used for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have certain lung conditions or have had recent eye surgery. It is recommended during BBL Hero and MOXI laser treatments.
Insurance is not accepted, so fees are paid out of pocket at the time of service. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards and Skin Synthesis gift cards are accepted, but cash and split payments are not. A credit card is required at booking to hold appointments. Patients can pay over time through Cherry, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility; applying does not involve a hard credit check. Cancellations or rebookings need at least 48 hours' notice, and late arrivals of 5 or more minutes may incur a fee. Services and treatment packages are non-refundable, packages expire one year after purchase, and products can be returned within 30 days except prescription items and items marked non-refundable. Children are not permitted at appointments, and pets are not permitted except service animals. The clinic also runs private trainings for professionals.
Long-term relationships with patients come first, and the aim is restorative, rejuvenating work that enhances natural features. Neurotoxin and other treatments are customized to each patient's anatomy, body chemistry and aesthetic goal.
