Single-area waxes run from about $10 for a chin to $55 for a full leg or a back, and packages combine several areas into one visit. Men's grooming includes a full face wax for the beard area, cheeks, jawline and neck, along with back, shoulder and ear waxing and a Manzilian. The Reset Ritual Vajacial is a corrective treatment offered after waxing and focuses on ingrowns, congestion, hyperpigmentation and hydration.

Booking requires a valid card on file. The card is charged only when a cancellation, no-show or late arrival breaks the policy. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, with a 50% fee for changes made inside that window and a 100% charge for a missed appointment without communication. Guests are not allowed unless approved ahead of time, and a 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals.

Before a visit, hair should be about grain-of-rice length, skin should be exfoliated 24 to 48 hours ahead, shaving between visits should be avoided and lotions or oils should be skipped that day. For 24 to 48 hours afterward, clients are asked to avoid sweating, pools and hot tubs, tight clothing, exfoliating and intimate friction.
