A first visit starts with a consultation with an esthetician to talk through skin goals, followed by a recommended personalized treatment plan. The studio suggests a deep cleansing roughly every four to six weeks, and the right frequency is set during the consultation. The studio describes its estheticians as experienced and its products as high quality, suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin.

Custom facials are built around each client's skin type and concerns, combining cleansing, exfoliation and hydration. Depending on the plan, they can include a HydraFacial, Diamond Glow, dermaplaning, LED Light Therapy, extractions, a Glow Peel, enzyme masks and facial massage. Other facials are named for a purpose, including Acne, Sensitive, Anti-aging and Pregnancy Facials, plus Express and DD Glow options for a shorter or brightening visit.

Hair removal is offered for the face, neck, arms, legs, underarms, bikini, back, abdomen, chest, buttocks and full body.
