The menu is split into three groups. Self-care services are facials and microneedling for everyday maintenance, including Skin I (a 90-minute facial), Skin II (a 105-minute facial that extends to the neck and chest), a 60-minute microneedling session, and a Skin (Baby.) treatment available to existing clients only. Clinical care covers in-office removal of skin tags, sebaceous hyperplasia and warts, and treatment of acute skin infections, including superficial and deep folliculitis, atopic dermatitis, fungal and bacterial infections, and infected cysts and boils on the face and body. Add-ons can be combined with a visit and include chemical peels in mild, mid-depth and deep strengths, dermaplaning, a microneedling add-on, and the removal and infection treatments as add-ons.
Before a first appointment, clients complete a Skin Profile questionnaire and may upload photos, which are kept on file. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup. Hair can get dirty during facial treatments because it is not protected, so clients should plan for that. Cancellations made 24 hours ahead are not charged, late cancellations are charged 25% of the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee. Gift cards are available.
The studio is open Sunday from noon to 5 pm and Monday through Wednesday from 10 am to 7 pm. Thursday is by appointment only, and Friday and Saturday are closed. Los Angeles appointments are offered by appointment and are requested through a separate form. The studio has been featured in LADY SUITE, which covered bikini breakouts (folliculitis) in May 2022, and DermNet cited it in September 2023 on erythema and itching of the upper body. The site also quotes a POPSUGAR deputy editor who described a facial as among the most relaxing and impactful she had in a long time.
