Skin Studio 707 operates from a home base in Gilbert, Arizona, with appointments on set weekday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays. The studio's name and concept were inspired by the anime Nana.

Shea Cohorn is the licensed esthetician behind the studio. Visits to the studio are kept to the client alone, since clients must be 18 or older and extra guests and children are not allowed. Pets are not allowed in the treatment room, and clients with pet allergies are advised not to book.

The menu covers single facial and dermaplaning appointments, a birthday month facial with a hand and arm massage and a goodie bag, and a discounted custom facial for clients who agree to be filmed for social media. Remote virtual consultations include a skin analysis and a home care routine plan, with products shipped or picked up locally.

For clients who want a longer plan, the studio offers two bootcamp packages of six treatments each: one for acne, booked two to four weeks apart, and one using enzymes and chemical peels for lightening and brightening, booked one to four weeks apart. Both require purchasing professional at-home care products.

Policies: deposits are $25 and are kept as the fee if a booking is cancelled within 12 hours, cancelled altogether, or missed. Cancellations within 12 hours are charged 40% of the booked services and no-shows 50%. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period. Services are final sale with no refunds, and opened or used retail products are final sale, while unopened products may be returned within 30 days for studio credit.

Visits begin with a skin consultation and analysis, and the virtual consultation ends with a home care routine plan the client can follow between appointments.
