About

Skin Stories was started by two lifelong best friends, Jessica Vural and Sydney Fernebok, who are both master estheticians. Between them they bring close to two decades of esthetics experience to the studio.

The studio works with the skin as it is, aiming to support balance, strengthen the skin barrier and put long-term skin health ahead of quick fixes. Treatments are built on consistency and education, and corrective procedures such as peels and microneedling are introduced once the skin has been prepared for them.

Each appointment opens with a consultation, after which the esthetician tailors the treatment to the skin's condition on that particular day. The menu features a signature facial massage. First-time guests are usually steered toward the Introduction Skin Analysis Facial, a session that includes a complete skin assessment followed by an hour of manual treatment.

Beyond the facial menu, the studio offers Procell microchanneling on the face and neck or on the face, neck and chest, along with peel options such as a Biorepeel Blue 35% TCA peel. Specialty treatments such as microneedling and corrective peels are not booked online. They are scheduled with the esthetician after an in-person consultation. Home care products are sold alongside treatments, and gift cards are available.

The studio asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and it recommends avoiding retinoids, exfoliating acids and strong active ingredients for three to five days before a facial. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Works with the skin's natural function, combining consistency, education and corrective treatments introduced once the skin is prepared, with a focus on long-term health over quick fixes.

A warm, refined studio with an inviting feel.
