Skin Splash Okeechobee

Skin Splash runs two locations. The Belle Glade studio on Doctor M.L.K. Jr Boulevard is open daily, and walk-ins are accepted based on availability, though booking ahead is recommended. The Okeechobee studio on SW 3rd Terrace works by appointment only, is open on Wednesdays and the first Saturday of each month, and takes bookings through the Monday of each week. The menu is organized into facial waxing, full-body waxing, vajacials and jelly masks, and intimate bleaching. Full-body waxing covers the stomach, back, arms, legs, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, and the Muck Bowl packages combine several areas into one visit. Prices for body areas run from $12 to $135 depending on the area and package. Facial waxing covers brows, lip, chin, sideburns, ears, nose and the full face.

The salon describes itself as aiming for precision, comfort and a personal touch. New clients receive 25% off their first waxing service. The salon also suggests exfoliating two to three times a week between appointments, and clients may wax during their menstrual cycle, with a tampon or menstrual cup requested at the visit. Skin Splash sells its own handcrafted skincare, including exfoliating gloves, Tumeric Glow and Ingrown Eradicate, and its Splasher Rewards loyalty program lets members earn rewards toward 100% off the lowest-priced item in their cart. Booking policies ask for cancellations or reschedules at least 48 hours ahead. Deposits are not refundable but can move to another appointment in the same month. Arriving 10 minutes late brings a $5 fee, and 15 minutes late a $10 fee, with appointments canceled after 15 minutes. Card disputes are not permitted and may lead to being blocked from booking.
